In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house of about 70 square meters is perfect for couples, families with children or friends, and can accommodate up to 4 people (5 on request with the use of the sofa bed). The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
