A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. Hier wohnst Du ruhig und kannst völlig entspannen, während dich die Sonne von Morgens bis Abends verwöhnt. In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.
