Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Welcome to my one bedroom flat! It is in Edinburgh’s Meadowbank area, only 20 minutes walk from the city centre or 10 minutes by bus. The whole flat will be yours when you stay here. It sleeps 3 people – there is a double bed in the bedroom and also a large couch in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. You will have access to my library of books, fast broadband Wifi, TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a Gooogle home with Spotify.

Located right next to Queens Park-and the volcanic peak of Arthur's seat. about 15-20 mins walk to Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh's Old Town. This artists flat is a little rough around the edges and rustic in nature but it's a special place that's spacious, bright and peaceful, despite being close to town. You’ll love our large shared garden , the characterful living room with royal park view and a volcano in the front garden! it's great for peaceful nature lovers 😊
