I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Moonlight grill, Chez Jose Mexican, Tokyroll sushi, Tryon creek sports bar. Walking distance to Tryon Creek.

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Easy access to highway and 15 mins to downtown. Plus, new furnitures and high-end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen and new washer and dryer etc. This home has everything that’s makes you feel at home. Perfect for business travels, family with kids and couples, alike. FYI, fireplace is not for guest use.
