The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

Primo piano di una villa lucchese degli anni 70, immersa in uno splendido uliveto, il cui corredo ricorda quello della nonna. La tranquillità regna sovrana: rilassati sul grande balcone o passa una giornata nella nostra piscina. Ci troviamo a 10 minuti dall’uscita dell’Autostrada di Capannori e in poco tempo si raggiungono le città di Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. Nei dintorni troviamo Villa Manzi, Villa Torrigiani e Villa Reale.

La casa della Pittrice

La casetta degli ospiti è sul fondo del nostro giardino. Ha un'entrata e una terrazza privata, è completamente autosufficiente. E' circondata da alberi da frutto, olivi, pini e molti fiori. Il luogo è silenzioso, adiacente alla vigna ed al bosco. Si possono fare belle passeggiate. La bellissima città di Lucca dista 3km. Il mio studio d’arte è in giardino, è aperto ai visitatori e siete i benvenuti
