La casa si trova nella campagna lucchese, nella zona di Carignano, in mezzo al verde toscano, ma nello stesso tempo vicino alla centro città e a tutti i servizi. La vecchia casa colonica è stata divisa in otto appartamenti singoli, ognuno con proprio giardino esclusivo, oltre a ampio parco comune con piscina condivisa con gli ospiti degli altri appartamenti. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
