Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. This place is best suited for outdoorsy & somewhat adventurous travelers. It's a no frills, nothing fancy home located near the middle of a 180 acre ranch, but only about 8 miles from bustling Main St. The place is very basic, but cozy, quiet & comfortable. The ranch setting offers privacy & invites relaxation.

Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

James River Tiny House #2

This rustic but cute tiny house is located just steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses on the property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.

The Garner House (Unit A)

Centrally located and walking distance to the Mason downtown square: antique/vintage shopping, boutiques, Mason wineries, Micro-brewery, historic sites/museums and restaurants. This house has multiple units to accommodate small OR large groups and LOTS of parking in back for larger vehicles/trailers, etc. Also, we welcome well-behaved pets and families! Enjoy morning coffee or a happy hour drink from front or back porch (great views out back)!
