The Villa is very well located in a residential space of the Mascalucia Village, It is surrounded by a lovely garden with plenty of Sicilian fruits and palm tree. At the back the stunning swimming pool with outdoor facilities allows you to switch off and enjoy your own alfresco dining experience. It has two double bedroom, one with king size bed and the second with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, external shower and toilet and changing room, fully fitted kitchen and outdoor wood oven and barbecue.

Die Villa "Palazzo Francesca" befindet sich in bester Lage im historischen Zentrum von Taormina nur wenige Schritte vom Corso Umberto (100 Meter) und dem Teatro Greco entfernt. Die besten Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von der Terrasse bietet das Haus einen tollen Ausblick auf den Vulkan Ätna und die Altstadt. Alle Restaurants und Monumente sind fußläufig erreichbar. Öffentliches Parken (200m) oder Valet Parking gegen Gebühr. Die Seilbahn zum Strand ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

La posizione è molto strategica, per la sua vicinanza a numerose località turistiche. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
