Balloan House is a former hotel nestled in a small, perfectly located village in the heart of the Highlands, where guests can enjoy 5 en-suite bedrooms, sitting room with wood-burning stove, Tv room, formal dining room and huge semi-commercial kitchen. For the outdoor enthusiasts there is hill walking, rock climbing, fishing, mountain biking, etc., with golf, whisky tasting, fabulous scenery, beautiful beaches and plenty of wildlife for those wanting a more leisurely pace, all within easy reach.

This is a luxury chalet style self contained property in the peaceful village of Conon Bridge. It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. The gardens of the main house are available for your use and the secret garden is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or morning coffee. A welcome basket is also provided inc bottle of wine.
