Dieses kleine Haus liegt ruhig und zentral in der Nähe der Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist neu und verfügt über Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Zur U-Bahn Mörby Centrum ist es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn benötigt man 15 Minuten zur Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit Spielplatz, kein verkehr. Auf dem Dachboden sind 2 Betten (90x200, neu, bequem). Wenn Sie mehr als 2 Erwachsene sind, muss jemand auf dem Dachboden schlafen. Ungünstig?

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Boendet är beläget i Knivsta Centrum ca 100m från Knivsta pendeltågstation. Med UL: 8 minuter till Uppsala centralstation. Med SJ och Mälartåg: 27 minuter till Stockholm centralstation. Attefallshuset är helt avskilt från huvud fastigheten med egen uppfart och uteplats. Invändigt finner du samtliga faciliteter för permanentboende. Stugan ligger nära huvudbyggnaden och har egen balkong med sjöutsikt. Vackra omgivningar och nära till sjön med badplats ca 100 m . På gården finns hund och under sommartid får.
