Happy Valley befindet sich am Ende einer ruhigen 4 Meilen langen Schotterstraße. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Natururlaub bist, bist du hier richtig. Dieses Bauernhaus aus dem Jahr 1896 mit 4 Schlafzimmern liegt in einem schönen Tal am Clear Creek. Der Bauernhof liegt 25 Minuten von Ames und Marshalltown entfernt. Die Eigentümer wohnen auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück; dennoch gibt es Privatsphäre zwischen den Häusern. Die Einfahrt wird zwischen beiden Häusern geteilt. Wanderwege verfügbar von Juni bis September.

This private room is within our working ranch Lodge. Guests share the kitchen, dining room, and living room w/fireplace. A detached bathroom is reserved for this room’s guests. Our Whiskers & Manes Cat Lounge and horses are on-site; guests may arrange visits with staff. Staff work in the Lodge during daytime hours.

The Ranch House - Entire Lodge at the Wolfe Ranch

Peaceful stay on an active working ranch near Marshalltown. Guests reserve the entire Lodge living space (kitchen, dining, fireplace, coffee bar). Please note: staff maintain office space within the Lodge and are present in designated areas during business hours (M-Th & Sat 11–3). The Lodge also houses our Cat Lounge in a separate area. Ranch activity and animals are part of the experience.
