Un antico casale con piscina immerso nella campagna umbra e ristrutturato in bioedilizia: tutta la casa è coibentata in modo naturale e per metà è costruita in legno e balle di paglia. Una casa confortevole, sana, naturalmente fresca d’estate e calda d'inverno, ideale per riposare o lavorare all'interno o fuori all’ombra delle querce. Punto di partenza per visitare città e paesi o per immergersi nella natura, per vagare a piedi, in bici o a cavallo nelle dolci colline che ci circondano.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
