Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. KC's Lake Cabin, is located in the private Marla Bay subdivision (Zephyr Cove), where you can enjoy the private beach (5 minute walk) and watch the beautiful sunsets. The cabin has a fenced backyard, views of the lake, fire pit, hottub and BBQ grill, with outdoor sitting/eating areas. The cabin is 1 bedroom and a loft bedroom. Bedroom and loft both have Queen size beds, and there is a Full size pull out futon in Living Room. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet (no tub)
