Village shop 5 minutes drive, 20 minutes to Market Rasen, 30 minutes to Louth and Cleethorpes beach, 25 minutes to Cadwell Park Circuit. Garage space for motorbikes.

Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

A free welcome pack including essentials available on your arrival. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, the garden is fully fenced and suitable for supervised free exercise.

For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.
