It is conveniently located 30 miles away from other distilleries located in Bardstown,Ky such as Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, and Four Roses. Come and enjoy the view while relaxing with family or sipping bourbon on the porch.

Ticky's Cottage at Empire Estate

Enjoy all the amenities, such as an inground pool (May TBD-Labor Day, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.), 4 manicured acres to roam, volleyball/badminton court (8 a.m.-8 p.m.), fire pit/picnic area (8 a.m.-10 p.m.) next to a stream, horseshoes and more, all within 50 minutes of the major Bourbon Country distilleries. Amenities and lodging are for booked guests only. Visitors, children and pets are not allowed on the property at any time. This is a genuine Bourbon Country getaway spot with lots of fun minutes away.

Enjoy staying in a piece of history within this old one room schoolhouse converted to a two bedroom home. Sit out on the swing or by the firepit as you enjoy peaceful sounds of the country and the creek adjacent to the property. Located right on the Bourbon Trail with only a 5 min drive to Maker’s Mark, 17 min to Limestone, and 20 min to Log Still Distillery. Venture in to the city of Springfield to learn about Abe Lincoln and his parents, married in the courthouse, still being used to this day!

If you’re looking to relax & kickback in a remote place with family or friends then you have found your space. Our Barndominium is in close proximity to Makers Mark with a 1 minute drive, or approximately 10 minutes walk to visitors center. The whole group will be comfortable in this open spacious and unique rustic place on 8 acres nestled on the banks of Hardins Creek. Many outdoor sitting areas to observe Maker’s crop land and wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee and afternoon drinks.

The Loft on Bourbon Trail

Guests love the interior craftsmanship and Outdoor kitchen. Main level has a Queen bed. Bonus loft area has a twin bed. This suite is peaceful /private - the most secluded one that we have to offer on the property. The outdoor grill, sink and warming drawer are within reach for ease of cooking. The suite is designed for your comfort with many custom space saving ideas. We desire check in to be very simple. There is a manual lock box with the key. No electronics to depend on. No apps to rely on.

Peaceful Getaway in the Country

Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

The Getaway in Bourbon Country with Breakfast

Located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living, but still close enough to cities. When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. Eggs, bacon and biscuits provided.

"Green Acres is the place to be!" Named by a previous owner, who built this cabin as his escape from the city, we would love for it to be your escape too. Off the beaten path, with peaceful scenic views, this cozy cabin features everything you need to disconnect from hectic everyday life, and reconnect with nature or your loved ones. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities, including Keurig, and plenty of sleeping options. There is also a smart tv, electric fireplace, and fire pit.

Only need the upper level? No problem! Get comfortable at this spacious upper level (only) includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living room/ kitchen w/custom cabinets & granite countertops. This upper level has it's own entry in the front and back with a lockout from the lower level, for your safety and privacy the lower level will remain vacant during your stay. Large back yard, patio off kitchen with seating, parking for up to 2 cars. (No washer and dryer available)
