Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

Teti apartment is only 50 metres by the main square and only 100 metres by the sandy beaches. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an area of 35 square metres plus a large terrace. It has one bedroom with a double and single bed, a living room with a dining table, sofa and tv and a kitchen area equipped with laundry facilities in one side and a bathroom with shower on the other side. The house is ideal for 2/3 or maximum 4 people thsnks to the sofa bed in the living room.
