Zona tranquilla, 50 metri dal mare, di fronte al Pinetina Sud e a una spiaggia libera che prosegue per Km. Biancheria su richiesta (15 euro/persona). 3 biciclette. 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. No animali. Mesi estivi affitto settimanale da domenica

Terra delle Sidhe ist ein kleiner Bio-Bauernhof in der südlichen Toskana mit Blick auf ein wunderschönes Tal an den Hängen des Monte Amiata, zwischen den mittelalterlichen Städten Castel del Piano und Seggiano. Ein 250 Jahre altes Kastanientrockner-Steinhaus, das bis vor 30 Jahren genutzt wurde. Das von uns angebotene Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem Bio-Kastanienwald und hundertjährigen Olivenbäumen. Dieses charmante gemütliche Haus wurde nun liebevoll mit Geschmack und Einfachheit renoviert.

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra con verande esterne, giardino condominiale. A disposizione degli ospiti lavatrice, forno, frigorifero, riscaldamento. È una piccola casa con 2 camere, una sala, un angolo cottura e un bagno. Da delle scale esterne potrete raggiungere il solarium, arredato con tavolo, sedie ombrellone e sdraio. Sotto la casa, con accesso da delle scale esterne, c'è la mia zona lavanderia che userò nel massimo rispetto dei miei ospiti. La corte esterna è in comune e, nei periodi di alta stagione, ospiterà 2 delle nostre auto.

All’esterno ci sono 2 grandi tavoli dove pranzare all’aperto e una doccia per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dalla spiaggia.
