A married couple lives on the second floor of the villa, but don't worry, they won't disturb you, your stay with us will not be interrupted. You will be able to enjoy the swimming pool, parking, and well-maintained garden – all of which will be entirely at your disposal. Our place is ideal for families with children who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches and atmosphere of Calpe. The apartment is only 150 meters away from the sandy Calalga beach and 300 meters from La Fossa Calpe sandy beach. Moreover, we are just 1.2 kilometers from the city center, ensuring easy access to all that Calpe has to offer. The apartment represents a separate floor of our villa, located on a 1000 m² plot, with a swimming pool and relaxation area. A pleasant addition is free Wi-Fi, and our parking can accommodate three cars, providing convenience and security for your vehicle. Inside the apartment, a cozy setting awaits you with a spacious living room, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The 122 m² apartment offers ample space for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is furnished to provide a restful environment. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a writing desk. Bedroom 3 is also equipped with 2 single beds and a ceiling fan, and it includes a storage wardrobe. The bathrooms are conveniently equipped for your comfort: Bathroom 1 features a bathtub, while Bathroom 2 has a small shower cabin. The spacious hall offers a sofa, TV, dining table, and air conditioning. You can enjoy access to the terrace with a dining table and direct access to the pool – an ideal place for morning coffee or outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking: a gas stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nescafé coffee machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher – all of which will ensure your comfortable stay and the ability to prepare your favorite dishes. We offer additional amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable: mosquito nets are installed on all apartment windows. Internet, towels, and bed linen are already included in the price of your stay. For families with small children, we can provide child safety seats upon request. If you have infants, we can also provide a baby crib and feeding chair for an additional fee of 20 euros for the entire stay. You can also bring your four-legged friend, but this will be possible for an additional fee of 30 euros for the entire stay. For your comfort, cleaning is done with eco-friendly hypoallergenic products from VITALBIOM, including the use of VITALBIOM ALLERGEN SPRAY, to ensure your holiday is not only comfortable but also safe for your health.
