Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for modern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot Beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

One villa, the larger one, is a 2 floor villa with each floor having its own kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The smaller villa has a single upper floor apartment with a mezanine, also featuring its own kitchen and bathroom.
