We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Située dans un joli village de la Dordogne, cette grange aménagée est parfaite pour les voyageurs solos ou en couple. La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. Fibre.

C'est un gîte spacieux pour 6 personnes, idéal pour passer d’agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis et profiter du calme et de la douceur de vivre à la campagne. Vous pourrez profiter des équipements communs aux autres gîtes. Piscine avec terrasse ouverte à partir du 01 Mai, une plus petite pour enfants (3 x 4 mètres), un terrain de tennis, boulodrome, aire de jeux, etc.

UN CHÈQUE DE CAUTION DE 500 EUROS VOUS SERA DEMANDÉ À VOTRE ARRIVÉE et vous sera renvoyé si il n’y a pas eu de dégâts et que le ménage a été fait. Animaux acceptés sur demande 🐕

The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling.
