Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Casa recentemente ristrutturata e arredata, con terrazzo, patio e giardino vista mare. Parcheggio privato di facilissimo accesso. Dista 700 metri a piedi dal mare ed è collocata nel centro storico di Acquafredda, frazione di Maratea. La bella vista mare che si gode dal terrazzo e dal giardino è un piacevole ristoro per l'anima.

Appartamento situato a 500 metri dal centro storico, con balcone vista mare, aria condizionata e parcheggio privato. L’appartamento è composto da una zona giorno con angolo cottura con cucina attrezzata e divano letto, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale,un bagno con doccia. Sul balcone, inoltre ci sono due sdraio e un tavolo con sedie per poter pranzare o cenare. Inclusa nel prezzo biancheria da letto e da bagno. Esclusa dal prezzo la tassa di soggiorno da pagare in struttura.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Villa Sole is a small but comfortable two-room apartment immersed in a luxuriant garden located on the Marcaneto hill, in the Cilento National Park. It consists of a bedroom for two people and a living room with kitchenette and a very comfortable sofa bed; both rooms have a bathroom with shower. The house also includes a shaded parking space and a spacious terrace surrounded by paths and viewpoints overlooking the breathtaking panorama of the Gulf of Policastro.
