Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Assos is one of the must-sees due to its harmonic mixture of picturesque elements. It's located on the hill of the small Erissos peninsula. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. On the third level there is a bathroom and two bedrooms.

Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. The cottage is in the heart of the nature, offering you ultimate moments of relaxation. The nearest beach is Lagkadakia beach (4-5 minutes by car).
