Excellent lighting throughout plus the main living areas face south providing good natural light for living areas. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is a fire pit and porch with table and chairs in the backyard for guests to use. The house is 1 mile to Lake Michigan beaches and downtown is easily walkable from the house. The bars and restaurants in Maxwell Town (where the locals hang out) are also easily walkable from the house.

The cottage is good for year-round use - golf, hiking, watersports, skiing, or just relaxing are solid options. It’s move-in ready for a weekend or a week.
