Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

La Romantica si trova nella zona più antica del castello e vi accoglierà in un ambiente luminoso, caldo e raffinato. L'ingresso privato, gli ampi spazi, 65mq, le due finestre che affacciano nel verde del sottostante Fossato, le antiche mura in pietra, il pavimento in cemento, i divani ed i mobili antichi la rendono un luogo ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax che vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo con le comodità del presente a cui d’inverno si aggiungeranno la magia ed il calore del camino!

La recente ristrutturazione ha riportato alla luce un antico arco in pietra, che con l’arredamento moderno e funzionale forma un connubio tra passato e presente. L’appartamento comprende: zona giorno con cucina, camera con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, bagno con box doccia. Il pianerottolo d’accesso, a mo’ di terrazzino, offre una suggestiva vista sul mare, raggiungibile a 30 metri.

L'alloggio è posizionato sulla scogliera di Ascea ed il mare è accessibile in 15 min percorrendo sia il famoso Sentiero degli Innamorati che il Sentiero di Fiumicello. Una vasca idromassaggio esterna renderà tutto più accattivante e romantico.

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

Il balcone che regala una meravigliosa vista sul Golfo di Salerno è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. Il Balcone é diviso da Corde e Piante Per Privacy.

La Rosa dei Venti lies in Vettica Maggiore di Praiano. This is a small house in rural surroundings right at the edge of the village, in a very panoramic and tranquil position. From the garden you enjoy a view of the Gulf of Positano and from here you look straight towards the point where the sun goes down.
