The cottage is complete with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave/convection oven and grill outside. We are minutes from restaurants and night life. This is a NON-SMOKING property.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Newer Oversized Salt Water Pool with Electric Heater, Large Lanai area with plenty of room for entertaining. There is not dishwasher machine and no garbage disposal.

After May 2025 pool will be shared by 1 or 2 more guest. No service dogs or comfort pets allowed.
