This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

Jim and Kathi have created a welcoming Little Country Inn on their mini farm. The Western theme lends a warm welcome and comfortable space for guests. The lovely 2-bedroom brick cottage boasts a spacious living area with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom, and a large country kitchen. The inn sleeps five people, and the large fenced-in yard is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the country sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and turkeys that roam the grounds.

Welcome to our stylish fully renovated farmhouse - 120 acres of peaceful farmland with 2 ponds for catch and release fishing, an expansive barn for your own four-wheelers or horses. With plenty of space for outdoor BBQ, biking, hiking, and adventure, you might not spend time indoors. But, the furnishings inside make for a pleasant surprise. A spacious open-concept living/dining/kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. The private queen bedroom and 6-person bunk room is icing on the cake.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Pet Friendly Retreat relax in this lovely three bedroom two bath home just 5 minutes from Lake Catherine & Lake Hamilton this little cabin is just far enough out of town to feel the beauty & serenity nature has to offer while remaining close enough to enjoy Oaklawn, historic downtown, the hiking/biking trails & all the shopping & dining you want with a short 10 minute drive. There is a large patio out back overlooking the fenced back yard full of tall trees, hammocks & firepit to enjoy.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

The furtherest ( Lake Ouachita) is only 35 minutes away. Plus, it is minutes from Lake Side Schools. **Clean!!
