Apartman se nalazi 50m od prekrasne pješčane plaze prilagođene djeci. Vrlo je prostran (60m2). Sadrži jednu veliku spavaću sobu, kupaonicu sa tušem, kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa sofom koja se pretvara u udoban ležaj za dvoje ljudi. Gosti imaju free wifi i internet tv na korištenje kao i klima uređaj. Velika terasa sa pogledom na more i na vanjski bazen sa stolom za ručanje uljepšati će vaš godišnji odmor. Bazen sa slanom vodom i kamin za roštilj na raspolaganju su gostima iz sva 3 apartmana.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Cosy apartment with a seaview

Quiet location surrounded with big garden and lots of greenery.Two terraces (indoor and outdoor) one with a beautiful seaview. Only 10 minutes walk distance from the first beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment can comfortably fit 4 people and is good for families, especially with little kids because garden is fenced and has a lot of shade where you can play with children or can put little baby pool in. In the street there is also a bike rental.

Sastoji se od balkona sa kojeg se prostire djelomični pogled na more, 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka koji je smješten u istom prostoru s kuhinjom i blagavaonicom, kupaonice s Wc-om i tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena posuđem, električnim štednjakom, hladnjakom s 1 ladicom za zamrzavanje, aparatom za kavu. Opremljenost apartmana satelitskom Tv, klima uređajem, Wi-Fi.

Za sve one koji istinski vole prirodu i u stanju su živjeti u skladu s njom, u srcu šume, 3 km od sela, 10 km od trajektnog pristaništa Valbiska, 12 km od grada Krka, 10-15 minuta pješke kroz šumsku stazu do jedne od plaža uvale Čavlena, u oazi mira, nalazi se mala kućica. Kućica se snadbijeva solarnom energijom te je stoga električna energija ograničena, dok je voda kišnica i upotrebljava se isključivo za higijenske potrepštine.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Apartman se nalazi u centru malog mjesta Sveti Vid-Miholjice, tik iznad Malinske. Od centra Malinske i plaže udaljeni je oko 1 km, 15-ak minuta hoda. Mjesto je vrlo mirno i savršeno za opuštanje i odmor. 100 m od kuće nalazi se mala trgovina s osnovnim potrepštinama a veliki trgovački centri udaljeni su oko 500 m od kuće. Parking je u dvorištu kuće.
