Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Romantisches Steinhaus

Unser Steinhaus liegt im Ort Lukoran auf der Insel Ugljan, die noch weitgehend vom Massentourismus verschont geblieben ist. Das Haus, dessen ältesten Teile im 19. Jh errichtet wurden, wurde von der Künstlerin und Schmuckdesignerin Rosivita liebevoll restauriert. Es ist auf einer Anhöhe gelegen mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und die umliegende Hügellandschaft, auf die Skyline von Zadar, nur 10 min zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt. Greisler, Konoba alles leicht erreichbar. Traumhafte Strände.

Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
