It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.
