Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Välkommen till Tegelbacken - ett ljust och vackert gästhus med högt i tak, omgivet av lugn och ro i Sundsvik. Med en yta på 75 kvadratmeter har vår stuga plats för upp till 5 personer. Dessutom finns det en härlig jacuzzi som ni kan koppla av i och njuta av. Från gästhuset och spabadet ser man ut över Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Här är det nära till natur och bad oavsett årstid. Barnvänlig strand i sjö finns på gångavstånd. Det finns fina promenadstråk direkt från gården.
