Unser Ferienhaus in Málaga bietet Erholung und Entspannung inmitten des spanischen Lebens. Ein altes Reihenhaus im Stadtteil El Palo wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett entkernt und saniert, und danach mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern und bietet neben der vollausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, Klimaanlagen sowie der Chill-Out-Ecke auch einen Patio und eine Dachterrasse. Und das alles nur 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

En la planta baja tenemos el salón, la cocina abierta, un aseo, el porche y el jardín. La puerta del jardín da a un parque y a la piscina comunitaria que compartimos con doce vecinos. En la planta primera tenemos dos habitaciones dobles que comparten un baño completo. Y la habitación principal con vestidor y su baño en suite, con ducha y bañera. En el antiguo garaje hemos hecho un salón loft. Tiene televisión y un gran sofá que se convierte en una cama doble, pero es lo que es, leer bien

Dit fantastische huisje ligt vlakbij de stranden van Pedregalejo. Het huisje is volledig gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien! Geniet van de prachtige tuin en parkeer voor de deur. Het prachtige en sfeervolle huis heeft twee verdiepingen en een ruime tuin. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een toilet, keuken en woonkamer. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. Eén slaapkamer heeft een ruim balkon. Benodigdheden voor kinderen zijn ook aanwezig in het huis.
