The cozy little studio is set within short walking distance (5 mins), from Samobor´s main square. It has its own private entrance and parking space. It is luxury accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a large flat screen TV, a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also, it benefits from underfloor heating throughout and a powerful air-con unit which ensures that you have the most comfortable stay all year around. Guesthouse Pr'Šefu is located in Posavje region on the outskirts of the old city center of Brežice. There are 7 apartments available at the guesthouse of which 3 studio apartments and 4 one bedroom apartments. We can host up to 21 guests. All apartments are fully equiped for a cosy accommodation. Guesthouse has a restaurant where typical Posavje region dishes and wines are served.

Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.

Ovaj novo renoviran smještaj idealan je za do četvero ljudi. Okružen je zelenilom s besplatnim parkingom kraj zgrade. Do centra grada je potrebno 10tak minuta busom ili autom. Samo desetak minuta lagane šetnje je udaljen od jezera Jarun - gradske zelene oaze.
