The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 3 ensuite bedrooms (and an extra room in case of need) and all other amenities you can need. A big private, heated pool with wonderful views, great indoor jacuzzi in spa area with an sauna and gaming/billiard room, a nice fenced outdoor area with a table tennis, badminton or archery set.

Located in Mimice, 38km from Split, 12km from Omiš and 24km from Makarska. The accommodations is air conditioned. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking with video surveillance is available on site. Unit includes a terrace also feature an equipped kitchen and bed linen. The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.
