Large yards for activities, outside fireplace pit and outside shower. Private driveway. We have a back yard for play, and relaxing, fireplace pit, and outside shower that all add to the beauty and relaxation of staying at The Cottage. I love offering information, and getting to know my guests, but take the que from them. It's there holiday, and we just want them to have a wonderful experience overall. Over the last three years, Ed and I have made some wonderful friendships with our guests, but we do not push, we just enjoy people. Stroll a couple of blocks to Sweetberry Farm, and taste wine at nearby Greenvale Vineyards. Discover the many boutiques, galleries, and restaurants of downtown Newport, a 10-minute drive, while Second Beach is within walking distance of here. our driveway is yours to use..plenty of space. Great bike riding and walking available. We are close to Newport, 2nd Beach and Sweetberry farm. You can hear the cows and birds sing, and see the stars at night. Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Quiet, safe neighborhood, 10 min from Newport crowd. Beaches nearby: 5 min to Easton Beach, 10 min to Middletown Second Beach. Note: Bathroom has a pump-assisted toilet. It works fine but the flush is a bit noisy. If you’re very sensitive to sound, this may not be ideal.
