Bus stops are only 1 mins from the apartment with public transport taking you to all major skiing areas in the region such as Signalbahn, Corviglia, Corvatsch, Sigls, Diavolezza and Fextal). The funicular bringing you up to the slopes of the Corviglia is also easily reachable within 5 mins walking distance. Also St. Moritz Bad with its restaurants, ice ring, indoor pool and riding facilities is reachable within few minutes walking or public transport. You have access to the whole studio consisting of the living room (incl. 2 beds) balcony, kitchen (separate), bathroom incl. toilet and storage room for luggage or skiing equipment.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. Kein WLAN in der ruhigen Dachwohnung, dafür eine grosse Fensterfront mit einmaliger Aussicht auf die Berge des Oberengadins. Das Haus (Chesa) Prünella steht am sonnigen Albulahang, ungefähr 15 km von St. Moritz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und gepflegt! Kostenloses, schnelles Internet im und um das Gemeindehaus in Chamues-ch.

Die Wohnung wurde 2019 total renoviert. Alle Böden sind aus Massivholz. Das mit Mosaikplättli ausgestattete Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, WC und Lavabo. Die Wände und Decken sind vorwiegend in weiss gehalten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für Familien. Das Haus liegt an einer Sackgasse und es ist sehr ruhig.
