We live on the adjoining property next door and are available if you need any assistance or directions.

An update: we’ve made a decision to sell this beloved cabin & move closer to our grandkids. September of 2026 is the last month to reserve. Classic, Vintage Log Cabin on 2.5 acres right on Lake Superior - a cozy step back in time! 250 ft. of bedrock shoreline. 3 Bedrooms: 2 Queen, 1 Dbl. 3/4 bath, kitchen, and indoor fireplace. Outdoors: both gas & charcoal grills, firepit, firewood, a swing & picnic table. The nightly fee is for 2 adults. There's a $10 fee/night/each additional guest.

Iron River is also a great location, close to National Forests, the World famous Brule river, and Lake Superior all within a fifteen minute drive!! Bayfield and the Apostle Islands are also not too much further, and are great easy day trips to enjoy.

Ashwabay, Big Top Chautauqua nearby. Outdoor patio + campfire area.

The Saari House is a fully updated farmhouse located on the ABR ski trails. Ski on the freshly groomed trails right out the front door. (Trail passes required.) It's a perfect location for families skiing in and out on a winter getaway or as home base for local waterfall hiking or biking. Guests will have full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, washer/dryer, TV with collection of DVDs, various video games and board games.
