Located a 400m walk from beautiful Austinmer beach on the south coast of NSW, this newly renovated studio apartment is a completely private, self-contained offering with a separate entrance. Apartment has a queen bed, kitchenette (no stove but a microwave), ensuite bathroom and lounge area, with delightful outdoor garden setting to enjoy your afternoon aperitif or morning cuppa. Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. Please come and enjoy our studio apartment and all this locality has to offer. Restaurant recommendations and things to do will be provided.

Ocean views, native birds and trees

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.

"Seacliff" - Cliff Top Beach House

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

Welcome to our new Retired Bus In The Womabarra's. This rustic Bus is suited to people who like to go back to basics and love the camping bush vibes. It is set in the sub-tropical basic garden of my home in Wombarra. Nestled between the Illawarra Escarpment and beach, surrounded by nature, peaceful bird singing surroundings. She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.

Calboonya Forest Retreat

A spacious self-contained retreat with private entrance situated right next to the rainforest. The relaxing interior includes a wood fire, air conditioning and a modern kitchen with all appliances. The marble bathroom is stunning. Outside is a wonderful area for dining day or night with a gas BBQ. Privacy screens separate you from the main house. Enjoy sounds of the rainforest, including lyrebirds, while enjoying coffee and breakfast on the private balcony.

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

The Terrace

A large charming renovated two story terrace full of character and homely comforts. Large sun filled decks have been built to make the most of the beautiful ocean views creating a relaxed space for family and friends to enjoy. Walk 2 mins to the end of the street and you’ll be at the Scarborough hotel where you can have a drink, coffee, a casual lunch or dinner surrounded by incredible views of the ocean!

Rustic open plan space for up to 5 guests. On the main road & 10 minute walk to beautiful, patrolled, Scarborough Wombarra beach. A converted shopfront w/loft bedrooms. Only basic cooking facilities (toaster, kettle & electric wok). No outdoor area but great nature & picnic spots nearby. Not suitable for smokers, neighbour has an allergy. The main road can be noisy at times.
