The apartment is partially above commercial businesses, including your host, The Harbor Barber (no chemical services offered - so no funky odors from below). This space was 100% improved in 2021. The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. Your host freely shares his knowledge of the history and current events happening around town.

Cozy 2 bedroom, second story apartment off the Straits of Mackinac. Features newly finished kitchen, bedrooms and living room, bathroom and shower. Enjoy sitting on the deck with views of Lake Huron and Mackinac Bridge, beach access available at our home across the road. The apartment is furnished with 2 cozy queen beds, streaming TV and a kitchen well stocked to cook in. Located only a mile from downtown St. Ignace and several local restaurants as well as the ferries to Mackinac Island.

Harbor Springs Farm Apartment

A recently remodeled lower level apartment on a farm in Harbor Springs. Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

Bedroom w/ King bed, bath, small living room w/ kitchenette. Wi-Fi & HD TV. NOTE: No A/C or central heat. There are ceiling fans & space heaters. Grounds overlook Grand Traverse Bay. Wide lawn w/ beautiful lake views. Walk to historic village of Omena. Short drive to Suttons Bay, Northport, Leland; 20 mi. to Sleeping Bear Dunes & Traverse City.

Cozy Up North Apartment

Clean, cute, and welcoming! Vanderbilt is a small, quiet town. For more things to do, visit Gaylord (8 miles), Boyne City (15 miles) or Petoskey (20 miles). This historic property dates back to the 1930’s so please note this home is old and has a wall furnace in the living room, & closing the bedroom doors can make it colder in there during the winter months. There are space heaters in both rooms. The locked door in the master bedroom is my cleaning closet, if questions please ask.

We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Attractive second story guest suite in downtown Petoskey. The host lives on the first level. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.
