The Stone house is located on 345 feet of West Twin Lake! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with wall to wall windows with lake views. There is a sprawling living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace and an impeccable master suit. There is an additional room over the garage with two queen beds and full bath AVAILABLE ONLY MAY15-OCTOBER 25. The exterior features real handpicked stone, spacious decking, and covered patio. Relax and enjoy the lake from the lakeside deck above

Located on the beautiful AuSable River, a 138-mile river abundant with wildlife and blue ribbon trout fishing, surrounded by the pristine pines of the Huron-Manistee National Forest and ready access to trails for hiking or horse-back riding and ATVs. Our camp features a completely renovated, glamped-up guest cabin situated on the AuSable with a bonus bunkhouse that feels more like a quiet nook.

Come and enjoy the peace and beauty of Northern Michigan at Grandma's Getaway! We have lovingly restored the interior of this home and it reminds me of being at Grandma's house. We have preserved many of the original elements and created a welcoming space around them. Enjoy Mio Dam pond, the AuSable River and walking trails during the day. Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.
