On this 20 acre property you can take a walk down the forested path to the Oxtongue River or sit by the campfire and relax. During the summer months there are canoes and kayaks at the river for your use.

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.
