We love our home. We live here with our 2 wonderful kids. It´s spacious and very cosy (hyggeligt) all day long and all year round. The light coming through the tall windows during the day creates a wonderful, warm and lively atmosphere. We live on a small street and even though theres only 300 meters to the nearest grocery store and just 400 meters to the train station it is peaceful and quiet. It takes just 5 minutes on a bike to go to one of the beaches or to go to the forest/park.

The house has a kitching-dining area with a view over the garden, a living room and three bedrooms. The garden includes a terrace with a nice lounge area and a dinning area. In the basement there is a fitness room, table tennis football table. The house is situated in the heart of Northern Sealand close to beautiful lakes and forests and at the same time only 10 minutes by car from Copenhagen. Also, it only takes 20 minutes by public transportation to go to Copenhagen.

Der er badeværelse og toilet i lejligheden. En dagligstue og en spisestue med plads til hele familien. Lejligheden ligger 1000 meter fra Lyngby eller Buddinge station med 20 minutters kørsel til København city, og der er tre supermarkeder i omegnen.

Vi har et soveværelse på 1.sal med dobbeltseng på 220 cm x 180 cm, et værelse ligeledes på 1. sal med en seng på 200 cm x 90 cm. I kælderen med god loftshøjde er der ligeledes 2 almindelige senge. Huset har 2 badeværelser. Roligt kvarter med kort afstand til sø, skov og storbyen. Fin stor have med grill. Søde naboer. Tæt på Frilandsmuseet.

The house is situated in a super nice area with lots of nature a few minuts away. Yet its only 20 mins train ride from Central copenhagen. So its perfect for a family exploring Copenhagen, who also wants to relax, and enjoy some sunshine in a garden. There is a nice large wooden terrace, BBQ place, and Trampoline for the kids.
