Private house is located on the sea side, the beach is in less than 10 minutes walk. There are living room and two separate bedrooms. The house has all the necessary home appliances, 2 TVs, home cinema.

Во дворе есть мангал, столики и шезлонги для отдыха, так же там может быть припаркован ваш автомобиль.

На данный момент пляж Лузановка закрыт, но в 2 трамвайных остановках (7 минут езды) находится открытый пляж "Дом Павловых"
