This cosy luxurious self contained oak framed cabin offers the perfect peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. Listen out and you may hear the owls at night. Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, perfect for outdoor lovers yet equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles away, the popular market town of Berkhamsted, offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special night out. The cabin offers cozy spacious living with King size bed on a mezzanine floor! STRICT NO PET POLICY!

This recently renovated, self-contained, quiet and bright annexe has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Chilterns. It offers own entrance, open plan living area with a kitchen and a small table, bathroom and a bedroom with a king sized bed. Enjoy your morning coffee or a picnic in the sunshine in your own little garden with table and comfortable chairs. Conveniently located, only 8 min walk to Amersham station and 1 min walk to the high street with many cafes, shops and restaurants.

The Stables

Nestled within the Chilterns and a separate outbuilding in a secluded part of private farmland. The Stables is very close to both Berkhamsted and Chesham train stations. Guests staying at The Stables will also be able to enjoy their own private outdoor garden space. The accomodation has one bedroom with a double bed and also a double sofa bed in the main living space. There is a work/study table and high speed internet. There is also air-conditioning throughout for both heating and cooling.

We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

The Car House, Berkhamsted

Light and airy contemporary self contained apartment with all the facilities you would expect including parking. Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

Come and enjoy our unique self-contained Studio attached to our house. It is a quiet and peaceful spot, ideal for rest and recuperation or to explore the surrounding rural areas and Chilterns AONB. It is a fully self-contained basement apartment, its open plan with a lounge area, dining area, bedroom with its own en suite shower room. It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure.

The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

The Stable Lodge

The Lodge is light, airy and modern, whilst providing original character and features. An ideal getaway for couples, those visiting family and friends, or somewhere to base yourself for a weekend of walking in the chilterns; this cosy, self-contained lodge is perfect for those looking to get away from it all. Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️
