Your stunning harbor side apartment is in a converted net loft warehouse, recently fully renovated with chic designer touches, luxury bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and indulgent bedding. On your doorstep are an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutiques. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. QUAY LOFT has a superking bed topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi, TVs in living room and bedroom and an Amazon Echo device. The generously proportioned wet room contains rainshower and handheld and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Board-games and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Quay Loft is in Mevagissey, nestled between the historic centre of the village and the bustling harbour. From your luxurious private retreat you're in the middle of the action amongst the maze of narrow cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, pubs, and restaurants. You're also just steps away from one of Cornwall's most beautiful working harbours where you can stroll the quay, grab a bite to eat or indulge in a coffee and cake. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub.

Welcome to Stu's corner me 'ansomes, the perfect smugglers hideaway not far from the A30, Bodmin moor and the infamous Jamaica Inn - the home of Dick Penworthy the famous highwayman and his cat the Beast of Bodmin - some say his distant relatives still drink in the bar, and keep your eyes peeled fer 'is cat because 'ees huuge - a true beast, I know cos I seen im! Anyway me beauties back to Luxulyan, tis a beautiful little village nestled right 'ere in the centre of Kernow amongst the granite boulders. You will find all sorts; miners, smugglers, wreckers and of course the Luxulyan valley featured on TV, and some say, did have the deepest copper mine in all Kernow owned by Mr Treffry 'imself. While you're 'ere why not take a train ride to Newquay, my beauties as we 'ave our own station, stick yer hand out mind to make 'im stop. Visit some of our local ports like Polperro - a little smugglers port steeped in local history with its own museum. Fowey of course with all its fine eateries, frequent tall ships visiting and don't forget regatta week. There's Polkerris beach too with its inn on the sand, and then there's Charlestown me 'ansomes, often seen in the Poldark series re named as Truro quay. To top it all only a short hike or 10 minutes on your 'oss is the iconic World famous Eden Project home of the Domes and the acclaimed Eden music sessions and they'm bleddy loud cos we can 'ear em from 'ere. Luxulyan is also world known for 'Luxullianite' a very special rock cos tis pink and was used to make the Duke of Wellingtons coffin, so they say, and shipped out of Par, can't say for sure though cos I wasn't there. While you're stayin' 'ere we have a local pub serving good food, we have a well stocked shop and post office and not forgetting the pretty little church. There's plenty of parking for your 'oss and cart right next to mine and tis a beauty cos I bought it off Cap'n Poldark 'imself. So that's it me 'amsomes, look forward to seeing you all 'ere. Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

Walkers can enjoy the beautiful coastal paths with many pubs and restaurants along the way. Bus routes and Par Railway Station are within a mile.

The Lobster Pot - Stylish apartment in Fowey

The Lobster Pot is a newly renovated apartment set in the historic centre of Fowey. The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.
