Snuggled on the shore of Caribou lake, this home is surrounded by water on two sides with over 500 ft. of lakeshore. The house combines stunning Scandinavian design with cozy touches to make you feel at home in the woods. The property features a sauna house, dock, canoes, deck, screen porch, and a long sweeping driveway. Located in Lutsen, MN- a short drive from the ski hill and 20 minutes from Grand Marais. The house has heated floors, vaulted ceilings, and sweeping window views from all sides.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Modern, rustic, Aframe cabin on 10 wooded acres; beautiful, simple décor, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, glass stove top, airfryer oven, filtered H2O/ice maker. Enjoy a luxurious bathroom, with a heated tile floor, walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are provided. King bed in loft and NEW king gel memory foam bed on main floor. Smart TV, wifi. Books, games Woodstove heats the cabin perfectly in the colder months. All wood provided. There is a minisplit heat/ac unit.

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

Our Little House is located just 3 short miles from beautiful down town Grand Marais. There are several stores where you can purchase supplies, a number of fun shops to meander through, good food, great coffee friendly people and of course, Beautiful Lake Superior! There are several hiking, biking, skiing and snowmobile trails as well as lakes for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. We are only 20 mi from Lutsen, and 3 from the North House Folk School to visit or take in a class.
