Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs.
