Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

E' facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i parcheggi del centro storico ed a pochi passi si possono trovare: bar, ristoranti, banche, alimentari una pasticceria ed una farmacia. L'abitazione di recente ristrutturazione di 68m, ha una entrata indipendente ed è composta: da una cucina con angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto ed un bagno.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Das helle und luxuriöse Loft-Apartment “Il Frantoio” (160 qm) befindet sich im Ortszentrum des mitteralterlichen Dorfes Radicondoli. Der große Open-Space Bereich weist auf die antike Funktion dieses Gebäude hin, das früher die Olivenölmühle der Gemeinde war. Die originale Steinmühle wurde in den Renovierungsarbeiten wiederverwendet und bildet heute in abgewandelter Form einen Teil der außergewöhnlichen Inneneinrichtung.
