Apartment Gilja 2

Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer/Küche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und 1 Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher und einer Nespresso-Maschine ausgestattet. 220m vom nächsten Strand 400m zum Supermarkt 500 m vom Stadtzentrum und Restaurants entfernt. Das Haus wurde vor 70 Jahren von unserem Großvater/Vater gebaut. Es war eines der ersten Häuser in dieser Gegend von Senj, es gab keine Straßen oder Straßenlaternen. Heutzutage hat sich alles verändert, es gibt viele Häuser, Straßen, Straßenlaternen und es ist ein sehr beliebtes Wohngebiet in Senj. Unsere Großeltern wohnen nicht mehr im Haus. Unsere 103-jährige Oma lebt noch, sie kann hier einfach nicht mehr alleine leben. Wir wollten das schöne Einfamilienhaus behalten, also haben wir alles renoviert und in 2 Wohnungen umgebaut.

Lukovo

Veliki apartman sa dvije spavaće sobe, prostranim dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom i kupaonicom. Gostima je na raspolaganju mikrovalna pećnica, TV i dugački balkon s pogledom na more. U cijenu apartmana su uključeni svi troškovi uključujući boravišnu pristojbu, wifi i mogućnost besplatnog parkirališta ispred kuće. U ponudi imamo i dodatnu sobu s velikim bračnim krevetom (180x200) i kupaonicom, molim provjerite raspoloživost u kalendaru. Zajedno sa dodatnom sobom ukupno možemo primiti 8 odraslih osoba.

Švica Home with a View

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. U ljetnim mjesecima gostima je na raspolaganju i organski povrtnjak, te roštilj.

Small house in Baška

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .
