One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

We care about environment and we add 12 solar panels to provide solar energy in all the property. We also have a rain water vat to have access to rain water when rain season is in with a shift to city water when no rain.

Welcome to the Beach House! A one of a kind gem located just 10-15 minutes drive from Belize City! We are a 10 minutes walk to Old Belize, that has food, drinks and pool! My apartment is fully equipped with all that you would need, come and escape within Belize City! My apartment is located on the 2nd floor and does have access to a swimmable beachfront within Belize City limits! I do recommend renting a car as I am just outside of Belize City.
