Das April-Zimmer befindet sich im wunderschön restaurierten Cranford-Gebäude. Das Gebäude ist seit seinem Bau im Jahr 1905 ein fester Bestandteil der Innenstadtkultur. Im Jahr 2013 wurde das Gebäude einer massiven Erhaltung und Revitalisierung unterzogen und erhielt nationale Anerkennung für seine historische Erhaltung. Das Zimmer verfügt über Holzböden, neue Edelstahlgeräte, Granitarbeitsplatten, große Fenster mit Plantagenjalousien und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von so ziemlich allem entfernt, was du in der Innenstadt benötigst.
