There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Cozy yet spacious private lower level for one guest. I live upstairs, but the space feels like your own apartment. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, and Longmont. Private entrance to bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry, and dining space with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, teapot, and table. No upstairs kitchen access; best for light meals and reheating leftovers.

Historic Farm

Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. A giant bathroom with double sinks and shower is part of the accommodations. The guest suite is separate and locked off from the main farmhouse for guest privacy.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
